Keidra Ba’th is the President and CEO of AO Financial Services, LLC (AOFS). Since establishing AOFS, she has expertly designed, managed, and executed projects encompassing everything from start-up and entity-selection to financial reporting and cash flow management for local clients in industries from construction to professional services. She has helped her clients secure lines of credits and government contracts valued over $5 million dollars. With over 20 years of comprehensive Financial Management experience, Keidra continues to build synergistic relationships that create value for AOFS customers. Professional excellence, integrity, and a willingness to focus on the individual needs of each client define who she is and has allowed her to build a solid business via word-of-mouth marketing.
Keidra began her career with Big Four Accounting Firm KPMG and went on to hone her skills working with small and medium-sized government contractors in the Washington, DC area. After taking a brief hiatus to focus on raising her family, she re-entered the industry working as a consultant for a professional services company. Recognizing a need, Keidra branched out on her own with a mission to provide immediate and exceptional tailored financial solutions to small businesses (defined loosely by SBA as those with under 500 employees and $7.5million in revenue) at competitive price.
Keidra holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from The George Washington University and a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management Degree from The University of Maryland.
